Mindfulness at Work
I’ve been a teacher for twenty years. I started teaching MINDFULNESS TO LAW STUDENTS, JUDGES, CLERKS, MAGISTRATES, AND ATTORNEYS. My mindfulness teaching continues to find new audiences each year from nonprofits and librarians to associations.
my approach
Flexibly tailored
Whether it’s a “lunch and learn,” part of a team-building retreat, or a stand-alone program, I will tailor an interactive meditation training to meet the broad range of needs that is specific to your team.
Interwoven
Infusing short bursts of mindfulness can help improve engagement with the course material, whether the goal is to support wellness or to maximize attention during programs on difficult topics.
Your way
Tell me what you’re trying to do and I’ll help you imagine how mindfulness might support it. I will design programming to meet your needs, and afterwards I will help you evaluate the impact of our training on your work.
